Anthologist Glass Easter Egg, Gold Speckled Red Large

Art directed by Anthologist's founder, and created by one of Greece’s last remaining glass blowing studios, the Anthologist Easter Egg collection is a tribute to time honored craft of glass work, and the tradition of Easter eggs. In Greece, during the Pascha, or Easter season, eggs are typically dyed on Holy Thursday. The hard shell symbolizes the tomb of Christ, and cracking eggs together on Easter represents the resurrection.

These everlasting glass eggs aren’t just beautiful decor, but symbols of hope, rebirth, and abundance. Each is one-of-a-kind, with colors that showcase the various minerals added to the glass while it is being crafted.

Some imperfections are normal, and part of the glassmaking process.
