  • How To Use: make sure that you have the tool resting on the actual shoe and NOT the metal bracket for the tensioner. It's very easy to put just a little pressure on the chain once you have the holding tool in place so that you can nudge the tool back away from the metal bracket. and make sure the plastic ears are resting on the hard plastic which the chain rides on
  • Tips: Just make sure it is sitting on the guide and not the metal part. Do not over tighten. At the first sign of too much tension in the bolt or the plastic bends, stop and reassess. Or it will break
